Save Time with a Virtual Tour

Does your marketing help you from wasting time?

We all dream of the ideal client. They call to learn more about your facility and you describe it to the best of your ability. You have photos on your website and maybe you send them some more. They make an appointment to come out for a walk-around. You spend an hour or more showing them around and talking about what they liked and maybe what they didn’t like. You jump through hoops only to find out that they didn’t really like the layout or look of the space.

Well, that was a waste of time.

You took time out of your schedule to make sure your client got a good look at what you have to offer. The photos on your site were enough to bring them in. But photos can only provide so much information. And you’ll never get that time back. You need a tool that gives potential clients a much better understanding of your space so they can decide sooner if visiting your space is going to be worth it.

Start at the Beginning

Tracey and André have a beautiful restaurant on a small lake in northern New Jersey. Saving time with new clients was one of the key reasons they had me build a virtual tour for their restaurant. As a venue that also hosts weddings and other events, Tracey has experienced wasted time with clients that ended up not happy with the space. She liked the idea that a virtual tour would provide more information to her potential clients, allowing them to make a more informed decision before deciding if a next step should occur.

The tour was now a qualifier. If the clients like what they saw through this immersive tool, then there was a much better chance of booking the client. If the client didn’t like space, Tracey could continue working with clients that were actually interested in booking with them.

When a client can immediately see what your place is like, experiencing it in a virtual walk-through at their own pace, anytime they want, they can be in a much better position to know from the comfort of their home whether or not to add you to their “must visit” list. There are going to be criteria that, right off the top, will make or break their decision. A virtual tour can give them that information. If they’re going to swipe left on you, there’s nothing wrong with that. They’ve just avoided wasting their time AND yours.

What Does The Tour Provide?

A virtual tour is going to provide a far greater and much more in-depth view of what your venue looks like. They’ll immediately see things like:A view of a lake-side dining area at a restaurant.

  • What do the views look like?
  • Do they like the layout of the facility?
  • Do they like the look of the architecture?
  • Is the space the right size for the event?
  • Are there areas that might be difficult for some of their guests?
  • Do they carry the items I’m looking for?
  • What is the flow like when walking through the place?
  • What does the surrounding area look like?

Whatever the reasons, if there’s something that is an immediate deal-breaker for them, they and you have just saved each other a lot of potentially wasted time.

You’ve just used your time more wisely.
